ctcLink Office Closures and Limited Service Hours
We are just 6 short days from when ctcLink will go live! Staff in many areas of the college have been working tirelessly in preparation. The work does not end when we launch on October 11ᵗʰ.
Many offices will have a particularly heavy lift the weeks following our go‐live date and will be working with SBCTC to ensure our conversion was successful. As we transition, these offices will be operating with limited services or closures between October 11‐25 on both the Mount Vernon and Whidbey Island Campuses. During this period, please hold your questions and inquiries until open hours of service. If your questions are not critical, please wait until after October 25ᵗʰ to reach out to your colleagues in these areas. Our colleagues need every closed‐door minute to successfully return to normal operations.
Enrollment Services and Financial Aid
- Oct. 11: Closed
- Oct. 12 – 14: Open 1:00‐4:00pm Note: Whidbey Financial Aid will be closed 10/11 ‐ 10/14 for cross‐ training on the MV Campus.
- Oct. 15: Financial Aid Closed; Enrollment Services available remotely 9:00AM – 12:00noon
- Oct. 18: Open 9:00AM – 4:00PM
- Oct. 19: Financial Aid Open 9:00AM – 4:00PM; Enrollment Services Open 1:00PM – 4:00PM
- Oct. 20: Financial Aid Open 12:00PM – 4:00PM; Enrollment Services Open 9:00AM – 4:00PM
- Oct 21: Financial Aid Open 9:00AM – 4:00PM; Enrollment Services Open Remotely 1:00PM – 4:00PM
- Oct. 22: Enrollment Services available remotely 9:00AM – 12:00noon
Note: Whidbey Financial Aid will be closed 10/11 ‐ 10/14 for cross‐training on the MV Campus. Cashiering services will be closed Oct. 11 – 22, and will reopen on Oct. 25 with limited in‐person services available Monday – Wednesday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM.
Business Office and Cashiering
- Monday, Oct. 11 – Friday, Oct. 22: Closed with limited response to emails/phone
- calls.
- Monday, Oct. 25: Re‐open cashiering office, but on limited in‐person schedule of Monday – Wednesday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Regular Remote business hours.
Human Resources
- Monday, Oct. 11: Closed. Limited response to email/phone inquiries.
- Tuesday, Oct. 12: Closed. Limited response to email/phone inquiries.
- If employees begin accessing timesheets on October 12, HR will offer services related to submitting timesheets and absence requests.
- Wednesday, October 13 – Tuesday, October 19: Minimal services offered in order to process payroll. This includes timesheets, absence requests, any payroll concerns/changes, and assistance with ESS and MSS for those changes. New hire processing already in progress will continue for an October 18 start date.
- Wednesday, October 20 – Friday, October 22: Limited services by appointment / Zoom only. New hire processing will begin for a November 1 start date.
- Monday, October 25: Regular remote business hours.
